Change your billing method or card details on any existing subscription directly in your account dashboard
Yes, you can definitely update or change your billing method at any time during the lifetime of your subscription with us. If you need to update your Country or VAT registered with us, please write the team with your new details for us to help further.
To do this, go to your Billing tab in your account dropdown, and click to 'Edit Payment method' in your billing portal. From here, you can update card details OR switch to Paypal billing (if offered in your area).

Please note that you will not be able to delete your card details outright on any active subscription due to limitations with our payment provider, Paddle. If you'd like to delete your card details, we can immediately end your plan and delete your account, but you will forfeit any remaining time on your subscription.
