For all team members, books can be a perfect resource to grow their foundational knowledge. It is reported on the team dashboard to share overall progress of the team through content.
If a book has 20 chapters, each chapter may be a different length and require a different amount of studying to progress through. No matter what, each chapter represents a fixed percentage of the book. So, if a team member has completed 1 chapter out of 20, then that member has completed 5% of the book and it will be reflected like this on the dashboard.
As team members work through chapters, it's a good move for them to manually mark chapters as completed.
