What’s your refund policy?

We have different refund options depending on your service.

For digital books:

We have a 30-day return period where you can request a refund if you are unsatisfied with the book. We do not offer any price adjustments/partial refunds for purchased items that go on sale after you complete your purchase.

For subscriptions:

Our monthly subscriptions are non-refundable, and for our annual subscriptions we offer a 30 day refund period.

For all subscriptions, you can cancel at any time and will keep your subscription access until the end of your billing period. We do not offer refunds for unused access time. It is your responsibility to cancel before you are charged for the next month. You can cancel by logging in to your Kodeco account and clicking the Billing section on your account dashboard here:

For our annual subscription, if you contact us within 30 days of either taking out your subscription or your auto-renewal, we will be able to offer you a refund.
